I've never worked anywhere that was as disorganized, or that cared less about their employees, than Polly. I turned down another great job to take this role, after being sold on the company. In the short time I was there, I had 3 different bosses, and was given projects that had nothing to do with why I was hired. The leadership was non-existent. I was thrown into something right before my boss went on vacation and was later informed they had given me something that they didn't want to deal with because of a difficult product owner. This person had multiple official complaints filed against him, and the company knew about this, and absolutely no action was taken to address it. Often meetings had 20+ people in them, with no sense of structure, organization or cadence. People often sat staring at each other because there was no direction. It was cringe-worthy. The person I was directly under quit after a month of being there because they were not being respected or taken seriously. The way the company let me go was ridiculous. I was scheduled for a meeting with my director, and then ambushed by HR and another higher-upper joining the meeting without my prior knowledge, letting me know they were downsizing immediately and it was going to be my last day. This company does not respect it's employees, has its priorities backwards, engages in favoritism and applies no punitive measures to difficult employees who have complaints against them. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time applying.
