Pros

Managers were usually helping when things got out of hand; prepare to be overly friendly and greet guests with a "Welcome to Polly's" when a new customer walks in. Great place to get fast experience and build people skills.

Cons

Some coworkers wouldn't be self starters and I'd have to overwork at certain times of the day and ask for help when they should have seen that I was a little behind and naturally ran my food or drinks when I was swamped.

coworkers try to leave without doing all their sidework. Toxic employees stick around because the restaurant is so short staffed.
