There is a Reason Why This is a Minimum Wage Job

-Great people you get to work with (Not managers), they be come a second family -Great people you meet -Work with your schedule as best they can

Cons

- The switch head managers....a lot and depending who you get, you may get reprimanded for doing something one way when they want it done another. - Much of the managers are quick to criticize but not help fix the situation -Training isn't really training....its newer members training even newer members -Sometimes you cant get any support on the floor from managers or you get extreme attitude if you ask them anything.

Pros

Many of the people at this company are wonderful, hardworking and passionate at doing their best for the company. I loved working with the majority of the people here.

Cons

Family owned business, unfortunately the family is in charge and the politics are so awful that in the past two years many many key people have left. It is unfortunate because other than that one issue, this is a great business.
