Pros
-Great people you get to work with (Not managers), they be come a second family -Great people you meet -Work with your schedule as best they can
Cons
- The switch head managers....a lot and depending who you get, you may get reprimanded for doing something one way when they want it done another. - Much of the managers are quick to criticize but not help fix the situation -Training isn't really training....its newer members training even newer members -Sometimes you cant get any support on the floor from managers or you get extreme attitude if you ask them anything.
