You can get away with doing the minimum because management will not fire you You work 4 days and are off 4... if you want
Cons
Bad pay for the amount of work you have to do Not climate controlled and gets extremely hot during summer Terrible benefits Horrible treatment from management unless you happen to be one of their select favorites The working 4 on 4 off gets you four 48 hours checks and four 36 hour checks meaning you will most likely end up working 2 days of overtime to get decent pay Non existent HR because if you want to complain about something they send you back to speak to your manager which is probably the reason you’re at HR anyway The list goes on...
