Pros

Well they're always hiring people

Cons

They don't care on keeping employees They don't care about seniority. Years of employment means nothing. Point system Managers doesn't care about employees Employees are easily replaceable Don't care if you have vacation hours and will deny you to use them. They love to give safety point out like candy. There's no overtime like they use too, only your 48. There's only .25 cent raises and that's if get any.

Pros

Pros is well you have a job

Cons

This company can care less about seniority, the moment they are done juicing you they dispose of you. You are nothing, you are just a number to them. You never know when you will be next. No job security l, no work life balance. They should Work in keeping employees instead of disposing them then to turn around and complaint that the production is not being met and then exploiting the existing employees to do excessive work all due to poor management - I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE!
