      -Below industry standard benefits. -Below industry standard pay. -No internal promotion, training, or growth. -outsources to make more money. -Severance packages are a slap in the face no matter your tenure as an employee. Simply put if you want a secure long-term job Pomeroy is not the place. They will sell your contract to the outsourcing area in Manila the second they can to make a buck while not giving raises ever. Pomeroy is not a company for the people. Its a company for themselves and it cares little to the people that give them years of service.

      pay is far below the national average. the company does not do raises for merit or cost of living. employees are constantly pressured to do things that are not their job and take on extra work without extra pay. training documents are missing or incomplete at best. management is inconsistent with its adherence to policy and procedure. benefits are the very barest of minimums. there is a high turnover rate because of the lack of support and respect for employees.
