There are some great people that work in Portage - the Management and Leadership team ruin the work environment. Very toxic, deceitful and non-transparent. People do not leave bad jobs - they leave bad management... check the turn-over rate on the 7th floor alone.

Poor management, high expectations, favoritism, employees are not treated equally. Weak Union, you pay union dues and when you request union they are not on your team. Short staffed, because they push the new employees out the door proudly; supervisors are always in meetings. No morale.
