Health benefits, retirement, holidays off.

Cons

Poor management, high expectations, favoritism, employees are not treated equally. Weak Union, you pay union dues and when you request union they are not on your team. Short staffed, because they push the new employees out the door proudly; supervisors are always in meetings. No morale.

The compensation was fairly adequate

Cons

You will be voluntold to do tasks that aren't in your job description, you will be micromanaged constantly, you will be given subpar training, and you'll have to follow an absurd attendance/dress code policy.
