Everyone is friendly and it’s honestly like one big family.

Knowledge sharing is limited and finding information was challenging at times.

The working environment and culture is the best I have seen so far for a company this size. Management really looks out to ensure the cultural health of the company is good and think of their employees to boost morale. There are also various types of clients whom use Portware, so there is no monotony to the work being done and exposure to technologies. Every Portware implementation and client is different, hence one will get a lot of exposure to different types of financial and trading workflows plus technologies. I have always seen the business grow, even during the recent slump.

As with any vendor, one needs to understand that there will always be pressure to deliver and be there for the client. So there are times when it seems like there are not enough resources to pull through and more has to be done at times to ensure timelines are met.
