Pros
Smart, friendly, helpful people, pleasant work environment, engaging product offerings and a very forward-looking firm. As an execution management system they are hands down the best and most progressive in the industry.
Cons
The AM role is way too much of a catch-all for a wide range of responsibilities that, in addition to project management & product deployment spans in-depth configuration, production support, quality assurance and basic fix connectivity. Too often AMs are held responsible for responsibilities that really belong to and should be fully managed by other groups. These issues have been raised from time to time over the years but very little progress was made in my time there.
