Benefits, discounts, friendly atmosphere, choice of shifts and days off.

Cons

Their attendance/points policy was ridiculous for the wages paid. New employees frequently made more money than long term employees. Trying to request time off was practically impossible. The up-sale and script requirements when selling to customers were very pushy and made it uncomfortable to follow at times. Also, raises were almost non-existent.

Working with friendly outgoing talented people makes you want to come to work each day. The hybrid schedule is an added bonus. The employee discount is a wonderful perk with so many catalogs to choose from!

Cons

There are no downsides! Even the onsite cafeteria is great!
