Pros
I’ve been at this company for enough time now to get a really good feel for it. I’ve never been at any company where employees are truly #1. Yes, it can be stressful, yes it does have a million processes and yes, we do deal with very high profile clients. Because of this, PDI takes taking care of employees to the next level. There are literally unlimited amounts of resources, help and people you can call. I’ve never worked at a company that has so many happy employees. Everyone is so proud to work there and wears the name with so much pride. Just like any company, it’s not perfect, but it’s pretty damn close. They make a point to do a lot of random employee engagement activities so it’s never a dull day on campus. Power Design has been growing exponentially and with that comes natural challenges that they handle really good. Benefits are good and perks are even better. There’s a department for everything and you can get any help you need by sending an email. The energy at this place is contagious and helps get through the tough times. The company is one of the best in the country for a reason and it shows. We deliver great results. The owner and his family are very much present and they all smile and will and make everyone feel welcome. Hire to retire is realistic here. I’m excited to see how much PDI will continue to grow. If you work hard, they will reward you. Not only there’s a lot of room for growth, but they do everything they can can to help get you there. LFG!
