Pros

Amazing campus (food truck, new building/restaurant coming soon, fitness center, modern offices, nice break areas/cafes, beautiful conference rooms, pretty lake with walking path) Great employee engagement (the employee events are better than any I've ever seen!) New perks, all the time (free food, great coffee, complimentary fruit at the reception desks, fun wellness activities, new campaigns and challenges to get employees engaged and healthy.) Great atmosphere (friendly employees, sense of community/family, truly embodies the work-hard-play-hard mentality.) Commitment to the community (lots of community service and giving opportunities for employees, the company helps out its employees when they're in need and is very supportive through life events)

Cons

Growing pains (We've outgrown our current office space while the campus expansion is in progress, so there's a lot of shared workspaces and productivity tends to suffer.) High intensity and expectations - lots of work, and it never ends! Takes a while to adjust to company culture and routines. Lots of opportunities to move up or change roles/teams, but transitions take a LONG time.

We think the #PDILife is truly one-of-a-kind, for many of the reasons that you mentioned. Although we tend to live by a “work hard, play hard” mentality, we also believe that work life balance is critical. Please reach out to the SOURCE directly for feedback and support.

Pros

-Good working culture specifically for younger individuals looking to “work hard play hard” -Resources galore -Extensive state of the art campus

Cons

-There is a strong “suck-up” culture, whoever spends the most time currying favor with management appear to receive the most opportunities and perks -Underwhelming salaries for the amount of work, and the amount of flashy cars, and several thousand-dollar parties, among other things displayed at every corner of the office and work events -The culture tends to have a “high school environment” where people talk openly about others’ personal lives seeking retribution -One thing you can bet on is the number of empty promises from management, specifically executives
