Pros

Power Design offers rewards for hard work, recognition over everything good that happens to not only the company but to each employee as well. We celebrate everything from birthdays to great company wide achievements. We work hard and there is always a ton of work to get done, but we also play hard. Regional outings and department outings make it easy to meet new people and to get closer to your coworkers.

Cons

There is a lot of work, so it makes it hard to enjoy everything PDI has to offer. this company is also growing very fast, which is great for them, but the employees who have been here for awhile are seeing changes in PDI events. They are getting smaller or less and less. Now that we are a bigger company we have play the part, so they have become a little more strict of time, work habits, dress code, and events. Its a slow change but employees can feel the change and it makes it hard to work hard when things start to become stricter

Pros

-Good working culture specifically for younger individuals looking to “work hard play hard” -Resources galore -Extensive state of the art campus

Cons

-There is a strong “suck-up” culture, whoever spends the most time currying favor with management appear to receive the most opportunities and perks -Underwhelming salaries for the amount of work, and the amount of flashy cars, and several thousand-dollar parties, among other things displayed at every corner of the office and work events -The culture tends to have a “high school environment” where people talk openly about others’ personal lives seeking retribution -One thing you can bet on is the number of empty promises from management, specifically executives
