Pros

Employees are nice and good to work with.

Cons

I'm in constant fear of being unemployed at a moments notice because they can "no longer keep me engaged". It has already happened once with Pragmatics. If you aren't producing billable hours 8 hours or more a day, you are of no use to this company. They at least developed a charge code to attend the annual state-of-the-company meeting. I remember when HR told us that they wanted us to retire from Pragmatics. I just didn't know I was "retiring" after 2 years of work. lol Really messes up any chance to participate in a 401K too. All their matching donations went right out the window "when they couldn't keep me engaged" the first time. Perhaps all government contractors are like this and I'm being hard on Pragmatics. My friends at other government contracting companies have worse horror stories, but they are much smaller companies.
