Pros

If you are desperate for a short turn gig between gigs Prag will do.

Cons

The former CBDO once described it as "being an OX in the rice paddy - the farmer will work you until you die in place and then he will buy a new Ox, giving no thought the loyal service and suffering expended on their behalf." If you an an exempt employee at HQ the Leaders have no respect your personal time. You are expected to give up evenings and weekends on a regular basis. Once I received a text at 0800 on Christmas Day - demanding information on an opportunity. There is no honesty with regard to how programs are managed or performance. The GMs and Project leads lie their buns off to the Owners and senior leaders to save their jobs. The QA claims they make are a joke. The business development team has no meaningful past performance with which to work. The pace and job stress is so intense that you do not realize that you are in a Dystopian nightmare, until you have been out more than 30 days. Then you look back and wonder why you stayed so long.
