Caring owners, spotty management - Anonymous employee Pragmatics Employee Review

We appreciate your comments related to our employees, training, and benefit programs. Regarding our management team, we realize that we are not perfect and I think you provide good advice. Our goal is to ensure that our entire management team supports their staff as well as they do their customers. Your comment on working harder to get a direct pulse of what the staff thinks is an area that can always use improvement. In addition to any improvements we can undertake on the management side, my advice for you or anyone, feeling that management is out of touch, is to work with our human resource folks and/or leveraging our open door policy to meet with me or our CEO and directly voice your concerns. You are an important part of the team and working together we can continuously improve our company.
