Pros

A learning experience in what to avoid for your next job. Great location with the metro a short walk along the side of the road.

Cons

Unfortunately, their best days are clearly behind them and it's palpable from the moment you drive into the empty parking lot. Their COVID policy was a complete joke publishing one set of guidelines on their website and twitter while allowing management to boast of multiple people crammed into a single shared office space and sending emails asking anyone COVID+ "how contagious are you?" in an attempt to coax staff back into the office. The nature of the work being performed did NOT require a physical presence in the office, it was merely the preference of leadership. Although, to be fair, the company generously allowed us to telework full time during mandatory lockdowns. Since you cannot judge a company by one pandemic, here's a summative list: high amount of turnover in a short period of time of ‘c level’ leadership, overhead roles made to take on billable work in addition to regular assignments, discouraging reasonable accommodations, and pay not at all in line with the rest of the National Capital Region.
