Pros

The group that was there when joined was very proactive, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Benefits were above the norm and salary although a little low was about the same as other firms in the area. Good company for a Jr. person to start with then move on.

Cons

As the title says honesty at the owner level is not their strong suit. Several encounters with the CEO, CFO (in reality not the titled CFO), and COO were less than honest. They would tell you one thing then behind your back do just the opposite. Leaving you in a compromised position with potential or current clients. Very little support for progress or vision unless there was immediate PROFIT involved yet 10s of millions in cash assets to invest in their own company. The next level down i.e. VPs and senior personnel attempted to compensate but got burned out cleaning up the mess or left.

I am sorry that you feel that you were not treated honestly. It is unclear as to what commitments you feel were not honored, what encounters with me you may have had, or the circumstance surrounding those events. While we do not claim to be perfect, the executive team, including myself all work diligently to be candid in all our dealings, stand by all commitments, and earn the respect of our employees and customers every day.
