Pros

OK benefits, available training, good location

Cons

Low pay, long hours, leadership micromanages, horrible in-house equipment (computers, & projectors), leadership does not implement procedures that cost people hours of work time, more often than not there is a HUGE disconnect between departments which causes mayhem, leadership are good at "their" jobs but do not know how to train employees, leadership increases goals, but does not compensate or hire more employees to effectively win these goals, leadership does not spend money on things that matter and they seem to nickel and dime everyone, there is an overall disconnect between all employees and it creates an unhealthy work environment, there are plenty of people that work there that are more interested in ruining careers than fostering relationships, not enough resources for goals instead you are expected to suck it up and have no work life balance, good employees are far and few inbetween, everyone else seems to hate their jobs as much as the rest.
