Pros
Superb promotional opportunities for technology and people leadership roles. Great training and further education courses. Employees are empowered and encouraged to make decisions/choices. Innovation is welcomed and all ideas brought to the table are considered and developed upon. I spent 10 years with Pramerica and was sorry to leave but my family needed me to return back to Dublin.
Cons
Salaries are lower than Dublin but the cost of living in Donegal especially for housing make it more than worthwhile to relocate.
