Pros
Work from home on some roles, good canteen, free coffee/tea, lots of societies/clubs, cycle to work scheme, byod, local shops discounts, some really nice, lovely and helpful people working there as well, training, lots of internal jobs to apply if you're qualified.
Cons
In general a lot of bu*ls**t and hypocrisy in there. Management misleading employees, crazy resource rotation, crowds of people leaving every month. People forced to do overtime on regular basis. Plenty of work but even more mess and bureaucracy. The same work repeated several times by different people due to procedures and processes. Plenty of meetings. A lot of frustration and disappointment among employees. At least most of those I know. Egoistic company culture - difficult to get cooperation, not really a team oriented environment. Public humiliation in some teams. Two guys from other team, one of them yelling at me in public with maybe 30 people around. Doesn't matter he was right or not that s/b resolved in private! Overall impression - sick, toxic workplace! Don't recommend! In my case it was a mistake and waste of time, I regret I ended up there. Some people seem to like it thou. Probably much depends on team you land. If you have any other choice of employment I'd say give it a chance! There's been some changes in CEO, maybe things will improve with time.
