Pros

Benefits are amazing- health, dental, vision all covered, 401k, every employee gets 3 weeks PTO to start. Seems too good to be true even still, and I've worked here for 8 months already! Coworkers, owners, and management are all wonderful people. You have to work hard and be open to learning new roles, but there is tons of room for professional and personal growth. They truly care about work-life balance, and I feel that makes the employees perform at their best.

Cons

I can not think of any downsides to the job.
