Pros

Decent sized company, but different positions had smaller groups of people in them so it felt like a small company. Pay for Coeur d'Alene started at $20 which is pretty good!

Cons

Training wasn't that great, not a formal training. They expect you to job shadow someone, and have it all down. I felt like a burden when trying to ask clarifying questions. My immediate supervisor usually was either not around, or just seemed too busy to want to help.

We do have a structured training program in place, including job shadowing, weekly check-ins, and 30, 60, and 90-day reviews to ensure new team members are supported and understand their responsibilities. We recognize that everyone learns differently, and your suggestion for more formal, hands-on training in the early stages is valuable. The company provides complete transparency regarding the financial position of the company. Great benefits are provided as well as bonus opportunities. Performance reviews are completed timely and allow for future growth potential. The team is fantastic at providing support and feedback in all aspects. This is a great place for career advancement.
