Pros

- Decent holiday schedule (half days off before most major holidays) - If you put down iHeart on your resume (technically you work for both) it looks good - Occasionally can get tickets to shows (have to enter to win, why give your employees free stuff when you can charge people, right?)

Cons

- Mediocre (at best) pay... When the CEO gives himself a nine million dollar bonus but they've put a freeze on raises for 10 years, what does that tell you. - Expensive HSA healthcare plan - Tough to move around - Constant rollover of employees, like a revolving door. - Middle management operates on a favoritism scale - People get promoted based on how long they've been here, not if they are the best fit. This causes people to become upper management even though they don't know how to BE upper management - The tickets to events: if you work at any iHeart/Premiere office in LA you should get to go to their awards show here in LA without an issue. - Tough to take vacation time during the holidays - All hires are now going through upper management to make sure they are hiring the best person for the cheapest price point.
