Cons

A subsidiary of iHeartMedia, the stock is in the toilet. There is little ability for advancement, management does not look at full-time and part-time employees the same, cronyism runs rampant and raises are not given. This is place you'd only want to stay at for a couple of years if there is nothing guaranteed to you.
