Unless your in a circle, your not getting anywhere. If you know how to work a set of knee pads then you'll get farther in the company. If your not the brown nosing type, you better hope you dont have more seniority than someone they really want to go to days if your on night shift. They'll find some bogus reason to get rid of you to make room for the next guy. Lots of corruption and irresponsibility. Better hope your good at the blame game as well. If you go applying for maintenance, know now that you're just a glorified operator. Get used to hand cuffs. No appreciation for employees. Owner would rather have a big yacht than provide air conditioning in the sweltering heat in the summer time.
