Whats good for management isn't usually whats best for the production worker.

Plenty of overtime. Decent starting pay for production work.

Does not have the employees best interest at heart. Minimal advancement opportunities. Management plays favoritism to an extreme.

Pros

-3.5 day weekends -free water -fairly easy job -the culture is really diverse, mostly good though. Your coworkers are like family at times due to them enduring the harsh environment with you - the company buys us a ton of ice cream in the summer time for us to cool off with.

Cons

-three 12 hour shifts back to back -extremely hot in the summer time. multiple people have passed out due to heat exhaustion. The evap fans are constantly breaking down due to bad pumps and maintenance wont fix. -some employees do the bare minimum while others pull their weight. -constantly short handed -still low pay with the new raise -management wont hire new people
