Pros
Good pay, decent benefits, extremely clean environment, you almost always have the resources to do your job.
Cons
Bad planning by upper management, you won't find out the line isn't running until you get there. All shifts run short all the time, resulting in massively overworked employees. In spite of management saying they're going to hire people we haven't any new hires in almost 6 months.
