The work its self is pretty easy, not much labor and a clean job for the most part and 2-2-3 schedule
Cons
The management teams sets high expectations but are non existent causing everyone else to act like the boss. No real benefit to work for the company. No raises only cola. High turn over rate. Expect everyone to do everything no matter the pay. Has machine operators that aren’t qualified to work in the processing department not knowing anything about food safety. Nothing changes to help the workers just fire people and expect everyone else to take over responsibility without refilling the position. No overtime and cut hours and forced to use pto because company has no work. Building leaks crazy and is falling apart on all four side. No advancement no inclusion just run the machine. Everyone is just another number. Point system designed for high turnover.
