Pros
Great office space, industrial coffee maker, cool people, decent upper level management.
Cons
For starters, the indeed.com description of this job listed that the salary was $45,000... That's not true. You are likely to make much, MUCH less. Also, the job description failed to mention that this was a door-to-door sales position. Which is a fancy way of saying: solicitation. Not only is door-to-door sales humiliating, its hazardous (especially for women). You'd think such a new and youthful company would be able to find a new way to market their services... but you'd be wrong. Door to door sales is antiquated, inefficient, and a waste of employee's talents. The amount of brilliant, energetic, college-educated people I saw let-go was astounding... all because solicitation was not their forte. Also, the vans each team would go out to the field in, were absolutely gross. No guarantee of a lunch/bathroom break. Over all, just bad working conditions in the field. If you have a college education, don't waste your degree on this job. Unless you enjoy being yelled at/threatened by random homeowners, going to the bathroom in the woods, getting home at 8pm or later, and working weekends.
