For example, taking a 5-day break often results in salary deductions, as only about 1.7 days of leave are usable. Salary Withholding: If an employee decides to resign or stop working, the company may delay or withhold salary processing without proper justification. Toxic Leadership Behavior: One of the directors is known for disrespectful and unprofessional conduct. He often asks inappropriate personal questions, uses derogatory language, and shifts blame onto team members to impress or validate himself to his elder brother.

There are literally no pros in this firm and the directors are literally mannerless- they dont know how to talk to anyone- there is no worklife balance - they don’t understand that a person has family time too.
