Pros
None. It's a scam.
Cons
It's a pyramid scheme, they asked me to pay $125 to start the classes to get my insurance license. Which is not true, it's a $99 service fee and $25 membership fee just to USE their platform. If you want to sell insurance, Be smart do your research it will cost less you than $50 to get your state insurance license and then you can go to a reputable company. All they are trying to do is recruit people and get their personal references. Because thats how they get away with not paying for advertising. I was asked to list 30 references with phone numbers just while I was at the interview! After they recruit you they get paid an instinctive. It snowballs from there. They recruit you. You recruit others. They recruit more fools. This is the start of your recruiters personal business. It's stupid. Your a personal contractor not a primerica employee. Its takes MONTHS to make decent money. No salary or hourly. Low commission structure.
