Pros

-9/80 schedule -relaxed environment w minimal OT -worked with some GREAT individuals -good location near the mall

Cons

-way too many POLITICS. Promotions based on relationships with those in senior positions rather than based on qualifications -mgnt does not value education-you will not be acknowledged or compensated for finishing CPA or masters while at princess -pay is very low compared to market rate -raises are minimal -health insurance is most expensive I've ever had - employees are treated as if disposable and not valued -not family/child friendly-woman w young children/infants are not given equal opportunities

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
