Pros

The overall company and brand is great. The office is nice and so is the lunchroom. There's coffee machines and tea and hot chocolate on every floor. The employees are very nice and friendly.

Cons

The supervisors in CVP and Direct Sales micromanage every last detail and you feel like you are treated like you're in kindergarten. Pay is very low for the industry.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
