work hard and definitely there is growth

there are no cons as such, really wonderful experience working with princess and the passengers do appreciate all the efforts taken to make their cruise wonderful and all the comment cards which are like souvenir to me.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
