Pros

The Company overall has many events (lunches, holiday parties, and promotions celebrations) to keep the work days a little more interesting and depending on who you work for the days can be micromanaged or be by the honor system. The Admin & Compliance Team works with the Accounting team from Supply Chain. meaning that although you are an administrator you will be doing accounting but not making the salary.

Cons

Admin & Compliance Team works with the Accounting team from Supply Chain. meaning that although you are an administrator you will be doing accounting but not making the salary. The Admin team always gets the short stick and promotions aren't frequent nor are pay raises. This team is constantly having team members leave at least every 6 months due to responsibility given but pay not changing, as well as to leaders not being very fair.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
