Pros

Princess is rapidly changing and is actively attempting improve its company culture, dynamics and processes. The employees are fun people and vacation is an expected part of the company culture.

Cons

The pay is terrible, and constant churn of employees creates a never-ending stream of additional workload that gets dumped on whomever is left. That makes it easy to move up and get new experience and promotions, but without the pay.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
