There are bad apples in management. There is not an open door for employees to talk. If you speak up you will lose your job. Any whistle blower will be fired. Management wants to hire people with experience but doesn't value what you suggest. The management treats the processing clerks like children and requires permission for everything you do. You cannot make any decisions based on your experience and knowledge.
