Pros

This company is great for interns. Provides excellent, hands-on experience with a great pay rate at $18 an hour for undergraduate students and $30 for masters students.

Cons

Although being hired full time after completing an internship is expected, the starting salaries are a little low, given the cost of living in Southern California.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
