-Acceptable Pay -Well defined processes and procedures -Clearly outlined responsibilities

Cons

This is the most toxic place I have ever worked. One person was disparaged in department wide meetings because his wife died of cancer - management said it was to "get away from him". One woman was fired for not responding to sexual advances from our boss. There are racist, sexist, abusive managers who have worked at Princess for their entire adult lives and are not held accountable for their actions. HR doesn't care, they are just as toxic.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
