Pros

The 9/80 is the best thing about working there and the free cruise is nice. That's it. Maybe, working in Valencia is cool.

Cons

Where do I begin...directors and above, barely visible and approachable. Working for a bad director will make your life HELL. Hit or miss with that. They operate their pay structure as if they are still in the love boat days and raised are below inflation. You have to leave and come back to get a higher salary and the sad part is HR knows that....benefits are expensive and you have to wait a while for some. People are decent but because there is so much longevity it operates on the my way or highway mentality. Cheap company overall though. As long as directors and above are all being compensated everyone else can either keep working there accepting that or leave. Very simple. They pay AT LEAST 30-40% below market price for the roles.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
