Pros

Great Benefits, Vacation, Floater and Holidays off. They offer great incentives and bonus including discounted or free cruises, gift cards etc.

Cons

To much work and not enough time. Extremely hard to hit quota. Extremely poor training. Good luck on getting help and having to call service to fix issues. We can spend hours trying to help out guests yet at the same time we are not supposed to do service and focus work in sales. That’s how you lose clients and pay. It’s a complete contradiction. Keep in mind we work directly for the company and it’s incredibly difficult to get these issues resolved. Outdated software.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
