Could have been interesting work.

Cons

Leadership has no idea what they are doing and take no accountability. Extremely toxic place to work. Reached out for help, mental health struggles multiple times and was disciplined instead of offered any help. Definitely not worth the stress and mental anguish. Have taken away the only decent benefits they had for no reason, despite claiming record profits. Very low pay.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different ports; you don't have to worry about food or paying for your room and board. You get to meet varies people from around the world.

Cons

The pay is not the best for people living in the USA. The job is still enjoyable, and the experience is worth it but this is better as a fresh out of high school or college type of role, or in a sense a way to "backpack through Europe" kind of job.
