Pros

One of the biggest advantages of this position is the excellent incentives offered to employees, which help recognize and reward strong performance. Having holidays off provides a healthy work-life balance and allows employees to spend important time with family and friends. The pay is appropriate for the responsibilities of the role, making it a fair and competitive opportunity. Additionally, the ability to work from home offers flexibility, eliminates commuting time, and creates a more convenient and comfortable work environment.

Cons

One challenge of this position is that the training requires close attention, as there is a lot of important information to learn in a relatively short period. It is essential to stay focused to understand the processes and expectations. Additionally, the workload can become very busy at times, requiring employees to manage their time effectively and handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Pros

Work from home. Decent pay. Enough lip service to being a team and a family to temporarily convince you that you are more than another cog in the wheel.

Cons

Constant system issues. Poorly written word salad of procedures to follow. A trainer who brags about making the procedures hard to understand. Managers who are less qualified than you and will not help you in any meaningful way. Inconsistent QA.
