Working for PHS had been a great opportunity to work for a respected, goal oriented and professional company. Employees all have great work ethic and take time to ensure client statisfaction. Any questions I have had has been answered quickly and I feel like I can depend on my coworkers. Management creates a smooth and supportive work environment. I have enjoyed my time working here and I would reccomend to others.

health benefits are decent, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

Stressful workloads, unreasonable demands, hostile managers, toxic work environment, awful work-life balance, etc. Working for Principle Health Systems was one of the most exhausting experiences I've ever had. If you don't want to be overworked to an early grave, I'd suggest looking for work somewhere else.
