      Pros

      health benefits are decent, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

      Cons

      Stressful workloads, unreasonable demands, hostile managers, toxic work environment, awful work-life balance, etc. Working for Principle Health Systems was one of the most exhausting experiences I've ever had. If you don't want to be overworked to an early grave, I'd suggest looking for work somewhere else.

      Please don't work for Principle Health Systems. It's an awful company that only exploits and abuses it's employees. We receive zero guidance and support from the leadership. We get terrible compensation, yet the leadership demands a lot from us. There's really no reason to work in this horrible company.
