Pros

The people you work with are wonderful people, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and easy-going, and the schedule was consistent and had holidays off.

Cons

A degree of disorganization that didn't make sense and the benefits package was not like other companies are offering. Not much room for growth opportunities either

health benefits are decent, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

Stressful workloads, unreasonable demands, hostile managers, toxic work environment, awful work-life balance, etc. Working for Principle Health Systems was one of the most exhausting experiences I've ever had. If you don't want to be overworked to an early grave, I'd suggest looking for work somewhere else.
