The benefits package is the worst I’ve ever seen. Feels like they are scamming you out of half your paycheck just for medical insurance. If you’re looking for a job and need benefits run… if you’re looking for a decent job and have medical insurance elsewhere it’s an ok place. Management up to HR is also mediocre and can be unprofessional. Also, they expect you to do things, attend meetings, respond to emails on your personal time without compensation

health benefits are decent, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

Stressful workloads, unreasonable demands, hostile managers, toxic work environment, awful work-life balance, etc. Working for Principle Health Systems was one of the most exhausting experiences I've ever had. If you don't want to be overworked to an early grave, I'd suggest looking for work somewhere else.
